Jennifer Johnson has been licenced since 2017. Since that time, she has gained substantial traction as an agent in competitive markets. As she grew her brand, she recognized that the deals that propelled her to be one of the top agents in the area were based more on her relationships and own personal brand, than that of her relationship with her broker. She knew there had to be a better way than sharing 6-figures per year with her broker, and so Behind the Scenes Broker was born.
Jen is currently a licensed Broker and Realtor® in the state of Florida and Realtor® in the state of Colorado.
Meet your Business Advisor
Adam Field has been building businesses since 2008. Having created multiple successful startups, Adam's focus now as a business advisor is to help others create and scale businesses of their own. That combined with 8 years of experience building software for the property management industry, when the idea of Behind the Scenes Broker was born, it was perfectly inline with his passion.
Adam is the co-founder and business advisor at Behind The Scenes Broker.
